I made this with Bulma Briefs in mind, of course. I made her hair a little less bowl-cut and a little more contemporary though  

Buuuut if fanart isn't your thing, then it can just be some random girl with blue hair  

Anyway, I wanted to make something a little more realistic than I usually do... so voila
